Are you ready to mentor?
September 12, 2011That’s what we’ll be asking hundreds of potential volunteers over the next three weeks. Most of our mentors here in Manchester come from local universities, so from Monday 19th September (that’s Welcome Week to Mancunian students!) we’ll be on the ground searching for our perfect mentors.
As well as visiting lots of welcome events at both universities, eagle eyed locals can look out for us in Food On Campus outlets as our collection tins enjoy cameos from now until Christmas.
Between now and October, we will recruit over 250 mentors, and spend October making sure they are trained to the highest standard. We are also setting up new projects, so this is an exciting time at Camp ReachOut!
